Registration and Payment
Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of £100 per person. Confirmation or otherwise of availability for the requested period will then be issued. Registration will only be complete upon receipt of the full payment of the fees. The payment must be received at least 30 days before the beginning of the course. Once the payment is received, you will be sent a Certificate of Enrolment. You may need to show this Certificate to the Immigration Officials when you arrive in Britain or to get a visa.

Payment
All fees are payable in pounds sterling (£) by bank transfer to our account in Cambridge.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you cancel your Home Tuition programme, we will retain some fees as described below:

£100 per person for any cancellation received after enrolment.
50% of the full amount for any cancellation received between 8
and 15 days before the beginning of the course.
the full amount for any cancellation received less than 8 days before the beginning of the course.

Cancellations can be notified by e-mail, fax or post. The date of cancellation will be fixed at the day of receipt of the cancellation notice – not the day of sending.

You are advised to take out suitable insurance to cover cancellation fees in the case of accident or illness (see below).

If for any reason a student cannot complete a course, or abandons the course for any reason, no reimbursement will be made.

Insurance
Students are strongly advised to arrange full insurance cover for health, belongings and cancellation of their course. Before departure EC members should obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) from their local health authorities. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to students' property.

Bookings made online are subject to the rules relating to the terms and conditions and your acceptance of those terms and conditions. All bookings made online are subject to the student fulfilling the payment and eligibility requirements of the programme - failure to do so may result in a reservation being cancelled.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions can be changed without notice. However the existing terms and conditions at time when you made a reservation remain applicable.
